Red Bend’s vRapid Mobile® Recognized as 5th Fastest Growing Software Product in Mobile Industry in VisionMobile 100 Million Club

WALTHAM, Mass.—May 26, 2010—Red Bend Software, the market leader in Mobile Software Management (MSM), today announced that its vRapid Mobile® solution for firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updating was named to the VisionMobile 100 Million Club for being shipped in 680 million mobile devices through the end of 2009, making vRapid Mobile the fifth-fastest growing software product in the mobile industry.

The VisionMobile 100 Million Club recognizes software products that have achieved the distinction of being embedded in more than 100 million mobile handsets worldwide. According to VisionMobile, only 30 software products from 26 companies have reached 100 million shipments.
